The festival will begin on Friday 16th August with the registration of delegates at Cardiff University Students Union from 3pm. This will be followed at 7.30pm by a party for delegates at Y Plas in the Students Union, including a free welcome drink, live entertainment and presentation of the Brian Kennedy Awards.

On Saturday 17th August, all of the choirs will be singing in concerts in one of our amazing city centre performance venues, St. David's Hall - Wales National Concert Hall with some of the World's best acoustics; and The Cornerstone - a wonderful old church which has recently been converted into a gorgeous concert venue. Tickets are available from the St Davids Hall Box Office.

On Saturday evening there will a special Gala Concert in St David's Hall featuring the massed singers of the Festival Chorus; a Symphony Orchestra; and featuring South Wales Gay Men's Chorus, The Songbirds Choir and the Cardiff Trans Singers.

Between 10:30 -13:30 on Sunday 18th August some of the choirs will be performing free concerts at venues in Cardiff Bay including The Wales Millennium Centre and  the Norwegian Church.

 

The festival will end with a closing ceremony in the glorious Senedd Building in Cardiff Bay when we hand

over  to Newcastle who will be organising the Hand in Hand 2021 festival.
