A message to Hand in Hand from Nigel Owens

Just in case you didn't know already, on Saturday 17th August, as well as the Hand in Hand Festival, Cardiff will be hosting a warm up game between England and Wales for the rugby World Cup. Nigel is pretty busy with World Cup preparations at the moment (and will be refereeing the opening game in Tokyo) but he has taken the time to send a message to our Hand in Hand delegates:

"Wales is perhaps most famous for two things - rugby and singing - and this weekend it is fantastic that we are going to have a celebration of both in our capital city. Croeso to all of you attending the Hand in Hand Festival. I'm sure that you will have a fantastic time here and will experience what a diverse and welcoming city Cardiff is. It's just a pity you have chosen this weekend - otherwise you could have come along to the game as well!"
